Trout and green beans!!!

Olive oil fail

A light drizzle of olive oil is ALL that's needed. And only about
three minutes a side.

Trout are on the grill

We've got two 2# biggies and one 1#. Also a pound of organic green
beans wrapped in the foil with butter and sea salt. On the trout is
dill, salt, pepper, and chiles. Very simple, for a delicate fish.

Angela is happy because TROUT are on the grill

Spencer made the skewers. I made the fire. Yes!!!
