"A butcher is like a priest. We represent blood, life and carnality. We understand about the flesh, about sin, about good food and beautiful women."

Pot Roast Day!
I found a three pound roast buried in the freezer. We thawed it out and dry aged it for four days on a salt free Argentine rub. I'll grill it first to char it up and slow roast it. Let's see what happens.
Jason Kallsen's blog of meat, charcoal, and everything in between
I love meat. It's the key to life, or at least my life. And I love grilling. Only on charcoal or hardwood, mind you. I'd sooner become a vegetarian than use a gas grill. Enjoy my blog and feel free to comment (unless you're one of those vegetarian types).
