Roaster chicken stuffed with onions!
Crusted with fresh oregano, rosemary, garlic, and some salt and pepper (and olive oil, but of course). Red potatoes on the side. We finished the backyard garden work today, so this is in celebration.
Jason Kallsen's blog of meat, charcoal, and everything in between
I love meat. It's the key to life, or at least my life. And I love grilling. Only on charcoal or hardwood, mind you. I'd sooner become a vegetarian than use a gas grill. Enjoy my blog and feel free to comment (unless you're one of those vegetarian types).
